What is mypage.cryptzone.com?

The mypage.cryptzone.com is a site where all interested users can have their own page. On this page it is possible to join or leave email lists with information about the Cryptzone Group products. It is also possible to request and download free versions of some of the products or to request contacting of a sales person.

The mypage.cryptzone.com is also used to download software and upgrades that are only available to customers with support.

How do I get a personal page?

You register for a personal page by entering your name, email adress and country in the form on the start page.

Once the form is submitted we will send an email to the email adress you registered. This will contain the personal URL you use to access the page.

When you visit this URL you have completed the enrollment.

How to I access upgrades as a customer?

In order to access upgrades you must connect your personal page to your license. This can be done in a couple of ways - but you must have a personal page before you do this:

Using the AppGate administration console:

In the Help menu, select "Support web". This will open a web page. If your license is valid it will say so and ask for an email address. Enter the address you used when you registered your personal page.

Using the web:

Go to your personal page and click on the Connect button in the "Downloads and Licenses" section. Enter the four (4) first characters from your license key in the account field and the password field. The license should be a licence of Type: any. Do not confuse the Lic-id and the Key, it is the four first characters of the Key that are needed.

How to I access upgrades as a partner?

In order to access upgrades you must connect your personal page to your license. This can be done from your personal page which you must have before you do this:

Using the web:

Go to your personal page and click on the Connect button in the "Downloads and Licenses" section. Enter your partner account name and partner password in the apropriate fields. If you do not have these you need to contact your partner contact at Cryptzone.
